We are looking for an Operations Director to help bring structure, discipline, and execution into a scaling advisory business.

This is an on-site role in Rosebank, Johannesburg. 

We are transitioning into a focused energy and ESG advisory firm, with an emphasis on:

The Role

You will work closely with the Managing Director to:

• Run day-to-day operations of the business

• Ensure delivery discipline and accountability

• Implement financial and reporting systems

• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and cashflow processes

• Support the overall running of the firm

This role is less about technical delivery and more about ensuring the business runs properly and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational management of projects and teams

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost discipline

• Invoicing processes and debtor management

• Financial reporting and dashboards

• System implementation

• Supporting leadership with business management

Ideal Profile

• Qualified accountant or strong financial background

• Experience running operations in a professional services or consulting environment
