Our client is hiring a Part-Time Strategic HR Lead to support the next phase of growth of a scaling advisory business.We are an energy and infrastructure advisory firm working with investors, developers, and corporates across the energy transition.As we scale, we are building a lean, high-performance consulting organisation and need the right HR leadership to support it.This is an on-site role in Rosebank, Johannesburg. This is a strategic, hands-on HR role, not an administrative one.You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to:Design and implement a high-performance cultureSupport team structure and organisational designLead recruitment for key roles (advisory, commercial, operations)Implement performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs)Support compensation structures and incentivesBuild scalable people processes for a consulting business
What we’re looking for
This role is best suited to someone who has:
Experience in professional services/consulting environmentsBuilt or supported growing teams (10–40 people)Strong understanding of performance-driven culturesExperience with senior hiring and leadership teamsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onStructurePart-time/flexible engagementInitially advisory and implementation-focusedOpportunity to evolve into a broader role as the firm grows
