Our client is hiring a Head of Commercial to scale an energy advisory firm.

We are growing, and we’re looking for a Head of Commercial / Growth to take ownership of revenue and pipeline.
We are an advisory firm working across renewable energy, infrastructure, and energy markets,
supporting investors, developers, and corporates on complex projects and strategic decisions.
We are now focused on building a disciplined, high-performance consulting
business targeting increased revenue with strong margins.

This is an on-site role in Rosebank, Johannesburg. 

The Role

You will own:

• Pipeline development and revenue growth

• Strategic client relationships (investors, developers, corporates)

• Proposal strategy and conversion

• Market positioning and partnerships

This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not marketing, not support.
